Dammit! So much money on hair? 15 thousand U.S. dollars for Elvis Presley's hair.



A lot of hair believed to have been cut from the head of Elvis Presley when he joined the U.S. Army in 1958 was sold Sunday for $ 15,000 at an auction house in Chicago. Continue reading the printed article


The hair was one of more than 200 articles related to the late "King of Rock" at the Auction House Leslie Hindman Auctioneers. A shirt who knew Presley was sold for $ 52,000.

Among other items, there were scarves, pictures of the wedding party of Elvis and Priscilla Presley in 1967, Christmas cards sent by the singer and many disks. There were also smaller items such as dolls and pillboxes with the face of rock.

All items belonged to the late Gary Pepper, who headed a Presley fan club and was his friend.
